The online course
Four levels, twelve lessons, about four hours. Then an advanced track.
Short animated lessons of 15 minutes with practice tasks and a check at each stage. Every learner starts at lesson 1 and builds from there. Each level ends with a certificate.

Skills fade without practice, and the best questions arrive a week later at a real desk. So every e-learning seat includes expert aftercare for the learner, and every live 4 hour session includes 1 hour of aftercare for the group, valid for 30 days. No other provider we know of includes aftercare with e-learning as standard.
